The grapes of this organic wine come from vineyards aged about 25 years. The harvest is done by hand with a selection of the best grapes, then vinified in steel tanks. Ten days of maceration with skins allow to develop the primary aromas of the grape, which then age during the a 14 months of aging in barrique. Finally refinement of two years in bottle. A wine that tells the passion of its producers for the land, viticulture and the environment.

It has a ruby red color, the scent has intense hints of black cherry, red fruits and aromatic herbs, softened by notes of spices and almonds. It has a peppery taste, harmonious and pleasantly tannic, precise and elegant finish.

Excellent with aged and blue cheeses. To pair with red meat and game.
