The philosophy

The philosophy that the Family Vestri, has always followed is to use only a completely natural raw material and that is why in 2002 they invested in the direct management of a cocoa plantation in the Dominican Republic. In the Hacienda Vista Alegre plantation, the cocoa beans are harvested by hand, fermented in cabirma wooden crates and then dried in the sun. The supply from the place of origin allows to verify the methods used from the cultivation of the plant. Ensuring traceability, periodic on-site inspections, respect for the working conditions of all employees and the safeguard of the natural soil fertility and biodiversity of the plants and animals, are moral commitments that Vestri is proud to support which with the great work of processing that is done in the laboratory of Arezzo, make its chocolate unique and inimitable!
