From the vineyard higher than the others of the company, this wine is born that ferments in barriques and then ages for 12 months on the lees of the end of fermentation and at least 6 months in bottle.

Intense yellow in the glass, complex nose with notes of white-fleshed fruit. Aromatic and almond-flavoured. On the palate it is persistent and slightly flavoursome.

Excellent with crustaceans, baked fish, and seafood.
