Wine that originates in San Dorligo della Valle, a small town in Trieste straddling Italy and Slovenia. The grapes harvested in the first weeks of September are left to macerate in contact with its skins for a day. The wine, completed the vinification, then ages on its lees both in steel barrels and in wooden barrels until the beginning of spring making every 4 days of stirring (batonnage).

Golden yellow colour, with mineral notes of pear and flowers. Savory taste, full and intriguing.

Ideal with fresh summer dishes or hors d’oeuvres based on cold cuts.
