From a very small plot to 400mt above sea level. The harvested grapes are pressed and remain in the press for one night and then begin fermentation in steel and finish in tonneaux that have fifteen years of life, where they remain for 13 months. They follow 4 months of stabilization in a bottle.
Straw yellow color, with rough and mineral notes. The palate is fresh, savory with a persistent finish with an almond vein.
Excellent with light first courses, fish appetizers, and fresh cheeses.
