L’Olio Evo 1985 de La Giumella is the fruit of plants present in the characteristic territory of Reggello for millennia. The latitude and the soil and climate conditions give this product its world-renowned organoleptic characteristics extraordinary polyphenols contents (antioxidants enormously healthy for our body). Much of the municipality of Reggello, part of the national association “Città dell’olio”, is characterized by vast crops of olive groves on terraces with “dry” walls, traditionally built over centuries. Its soil with a low limestone content and high quartz content and altitude (300/700 masl) also gives the oil of this area also a very low acidity. The oil produced by La Giumella with the latest extraction techniques has much higher characteristics than the average of the products present in the territory. Thus allows this extraordinary oil to maintain a high level of quality even after months.
