This wine owes its name to the lush shrubs of Lillatro that grow around the vineyard. It made from pure Vermentino grapes which, after being harvested, are selected and delicately pressed.  They are then fermented in small steel tanks at a stable temperature of 18 ° to allow maximum development of their aromas. It complete its aging in bottle for 2 months of ageing in the bottle before being put released on the market.

Straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose fruity and floral notes. on the palate soft and persistent with a right acidity.

Excellent with shellfish, fish and fresh cheese.
