A pure Chardonnay, grapes from a single vintage, harvested and selected by hand. Elegant Franciacorta, sparkling wine according to the traditional classic method. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks, passes in barriques and ages 76 months in the bottle. Then the remuage is performed by hand, the disgorgement and finally the addition of the dosage syrup.

In the glass a fine and persistence perlage, on the nose notes of fresh fruit and flowers. The palate is full, persistent and elegant.

Perfect to combine with shellfish and delicate fish preparations.
