It comes from one of the highest vineyards in South Tyrol. Obtained by fermentation without artificial yeasts, it rests in the bottle for one year before being marketed.

It has a straw yellow color. The nose is intense and mineral with notes of grapefruit, pear  with a burst of peppermint. The mouth feels light, fresh and savory with a persistent finish.

Great for accompanying fish and shellfish dishes.
