The grapes of this organic Morellino di Scansano are destemmed and pressed within two hours of harvesting, strictly manual and which takes place first compared to the others in the company. It then ferments in steel tanks and macerates on the skins for about 15 days. The wine is then aged in cement tanks. Bottling takes place with the minimum addition of sulfur.

It has a pale ruby red color with typical purple reflections. On the nose notes of cherry and blackberry, violet and roses with delicately spicy nuances. Beverino, is light and unstructured.

Excellent with appetizer of meats and meat dishes.
