An organic farm in the hills of San Gimignano, in Tuscany with a few hectares of meticulously cared-for vineyards. Aged in steel for 4 months, then another two in a bottle.

A definitely good Vernaccia. Dry, savory, and brackish.

It goes well with simple and vegetarian first courses. Excellent with snacks and starters.
