The result of what can certainly be defined as heroic viticulture, these are cultivations on the mainly sandy soil of terraces overlooking the sea. The blend of autochthonous grapes such as Vermentino, Bosco, and Albarola creates a wine with purely marine characteristics. Harvested by hand, selected and then gently pressed in the cellar, and then fermented in stainless steel tanks for a few weeks. The wine ages in stainless steel vats for several months before being put on the market.

Straw yellow in colour. Notes of citrus and wild flowers on the nose accompanied by hints of minerals and brackish typical of Ligurian wines. The palate is precise, mineral and fresh with a harmonious and balanced closure on Mediterranean fruits.

Perfect with first and second courses of fish and shellfish.
