A cuvée is almost pure Glera, with minimal amounts of Verdiso and Perera. Prosecco harmonious, elegant and characteristic.

It has a straw yellow color. On the nose, acacia flowers, apple and ripe pear with mineral scents. The palate is fresh and balanced.

Excellent as an aperitif and to accompany fish appetizers, crustaceans and fried foods.
