For this classic method sparkling wine are used erbaluce, cortese, timorasso and white moscato grapes sparkling with the classic method, and a sparkling Moscato, with refermentation in bottle.

It has a golden color, ripe fruit, candied orange and quince on the nose. The palate is savory, fresh and has a good structure.

Excellent for aperitifs or hors d’oeuvres with savoury pies and first courses.
